Meeting
Kevin Sorbo for lunch in Nashville tomorrow... guest mentor who like
me had to nearly die to find out how to live, now blazing a trail to
help others find their super powers. Here's one for you Kevin.
One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that was going on inside him. He said, ‘My son, it is between two wolves. One is Evil: anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other is Good: joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.’ The grandson thoughtabout it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, ‘Which wolf wins?’
The old Cherokee simply replied, ‘The one I feed’.
Clearly, such traditions recognize a direct relationship between the way we address the challenges of our world each day and the kind of world we experience in our future.
