Studio C Cinema Audience Applauds—Twice—At Alongside Night Movie Showing!
The large audience attending last night’s showing of the movie
Alongside Night at Studio C Cinema in Okemos applauded twice. First,
they clapped at the conclusion of the movie proper and then again at the
end of the credits. Last night’s showing of Alongside Night was the
first of two in the Lansing area. The second showing will be tonight at
Celebration Cinema in Lansing at 7:30 PM.
Patrick A. Heller,
owner of Liberty Coin Service in the Frandor Shopping Center is also the
financier and executive producer of Alongside Night. Said Heller, “We
knew the public wanted to see this film. Both Lansing area showings
were moved to larger theater halls because of strong ticket demand. The
double round of applause from the audience is something I have never
before experienced at any movie showing I have attended!”
Alongside Night, an action and adventure film about the collapse of the
US government set in the near future, is being distributed in limited
engagements across the country by the online distributor Tugg.com.
Because of this arrangement, tickets cannot be purchased at the
theaters. They must be purchased online at
http://www.tugg.com/events/8726 for tonight’s Celebration Cinema showing. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased at the Liberty Coins store in Frandor.
