The American Stroke Association hosts a #WorldStrokeDay Twitter Chat on Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Noon Central Time/1PM Eastern Time, in recognition of World Stroke Day (Oct. 29). American Stroke Association national spokesperson and Stroke Council Chair Dr. Edward Jauch will be joined by actor, author and stroke survivor Kevin Sorbo (@KSorbs), best known for his role on the television series, Hercules. They will discuss stroke prevention, treatment and recovery, the F.A.S.T. warning signs, as well as the “Because I Care About Stroke …” Instagram Photo Campaign.
