Buckminster Fuller once said, ‘You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. This is what the Super HERO Code is all about, teaching by example, showing people how to reinvent themselves to cope with both personal and worldly challenges and transformations. It’s also about encouraging people to understand that ‘they are not their behaviour’, that we can change our behaviour.
