Charisma has the ability to arouse and to motivate, but without a connection to love, it does not have the power to transform. Therefore, those who speak from a place of love have the substance that nourishes and influences. Charisma is only as effective as the instrument of love that prods it. It is the difference between being and convincing. Kevin comes from love and has learned to be, no matter what part he plays in the movie we call life.
